Cindy has worked in the Department of Safety since August 8, 1995. Prior to coming to Messiah, Cindy was a police officer for 8 years with Upper Allen Twp. Police Department where she served as their Crime Prevention Officer. She also was considered an expert in the field of Child Sexual Assault and Exploitation and worked closely with the State Police in helping to solve cases of child abuse. Cindy earned her Associate's Degree from HACC in Criminal Justice. She currently holds certifications from: Municipal Police Officer's Education and Training Certification (Act 120), PA Deputy Sheriff's Certification, Certified Instructor in R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense), Certified Instructor in CPR, First Aid and AED through American Red Cross, Certified Security Officer through Northeast Security Officers' Training Academy, and Certified Instructor in DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education). Cindy is married and has two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping and scrapbooking.

Amy Hench, Office Coordinator,#S1, ahench@messiah.edu
Amy has been with the Department since May 24, 1999 in the position of Dispatcher, and progressing to the position of Office Coordinator. Prior to coming to work at Messiah, Amy received her EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certifications and continues to utilize these skills volunteering for the local fire company. Amy's hobbies include dollhouse miniatures, and vacationing at the beach in Ocean City, Maryland.

Gary has been with the department since December 18, 1985.

Sean Paddock, Supervisor of Patrol and Dispatch Services, Badge #7, spaddock@messiah.edu
Sean has been with the department since September 1, 1999. Sean worked at Penn National Race Course for 8 yrs as a Security Officer before coming to Messiah. Sean has a AA degree from Harrisburg Area Community College. He is a certified instructor in Rape Aggression Defense (RAD), Terrorism Awareness and Prevention (TAP), and Security Officer Instructors Course.

Aaron Stine, Day Shift Officer, Badge #4, astine@messiah.edu
Aaron has been with the department since September 2, 2002.  He previously worked as security at Lancaster Bible College and as a Loss Prevention Detective with the now defunct Ames Department Stores.  Aaron currently is the department quartermaster handling all the departments uniform and equipment needs.  In his spare time Aaron enjoys history, bluegrass music, fishing  and spending time with his two children.

James Myers, Officer/Dispatcher, Badge #13, jmyers@messiah.edu
James has been with the department since September 10, 2001. He worked for Holiday Inn Resorts for 22 years prior to Messiah College. Served with the U.S. Marine Corps 1963 to 1967.  He has two children  Damon, 1969 and Cody 1990. 

Leonard Frankovich, Day Shift Part Time Officer, Badge #17, lfrankov@messiah.edu
Len has been with the Department since February 1, 2000. Len is retired from the Federal Government (Dept. of Defense) with 35 years service. He has a B.S. degree from King's College and also served with the U.S. Air Force. At Messiah Len has been instrumental in administering the provisions of the Traffic Code during the day shift.

Gary has been with the department since June 24, 2002. He is married with three sons and four grand children and loves working at Messiah.

Michael Fitzpatrick, First Shift Dispatcher, Dispatcher #2, mfitzpat@messiah.edu
Mike has been a dispatcher since January 25, 1999.  Before coming to Messiah, Mike owned a Photography studio and still does some photography on the side.  He also works part-time as a 911 dispatcher.   Current certifications include:  Emergency Medical Dispatcher [EMD], 911 Police Dispatcher, 911 Emergency Management Dispatcher, 911 Fire Dispatcher, 911 Call Taker,  PA State Police CLEAN terminal operator, and is a Certified Professional Photographer through the Professional Photographers of America. Mike is also president of the board of directors of Perry Human Services. Mike has 2 daughters and a son and 4 grandchildren.
