Van Testing Information:

The Department of Safety currently conducts 15 Passenger Van Testing on periodic intervals each month. Testing is required for all persons (faculty, staff, and students) who desire approval to operate a 15 Passenger Van for any college related business. Applications are available at the Campus Information Center (Reception/Dispatch) in the Eisenhower Campus Center, or by clicking on the link above.

Since 15 Passenger Van Testing is only conducted on a periodic basis, it is extremely important that applications are submitted well in advance of any anticipated need (ie. semester breaks, spring break, scheduled events, outreach teams, ministry teams, and etc). Failure to plan in advance for anticipated 15 Passenger Van Testing needs is solely the responsibility of those persons desiring such approval, and no emergency exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

Return all completed application forms to the Reception or Dispatch office window. Upon receipt of the completed and signed application (faculty, staff, or advisor must also sign the form) the applicant will be contacted to schedule a 30 minute van test (brief safety review, vehicle familiarization, and actual road test) on the next scheduled van testing day.
