Student Leadership Retreat

Messiah College Student Leadership Retreat

Developing Students of Influence

The Student Leadership Retreat is designed to provide our student leaders a common experience for student leaders to get to know other student leaders and to have common learning around the Leadership Development Model & Method, MC’s mission & values, and the key leadership dimensions of Character, Calling, and Competency.  In addition, the retreat aims to encourage students to develop intentional relationships with peers that are leading in a number of contexts and to develop a common identity as student leaders. We hope to model the importance of community and relationships across functional areas and roles.

The Student Leadership Retreat includes over 150 students that are currently serving in a key leadership role. These students are involved in Residence Life, Student Involvement & Leadership Programs , Multicultural Programs, College Ministries, Athletics, The Collaboratory, Eyas, The Pulse, and the Agape Center.
