Wednesday, February 1 Student Leadership Summit: The Great Balancing Act 7:00pm - 8:30pm Frey 110 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matt. 11:28 Student leaders are actively involved in a wide array of activities that ultimately seek to minister God's Grace to the world outside of Messiah as well as to one another. As they seek to be faithful to the variety of different roles they fill, the question of balance is crucial. How can they balance meeting the needs of the world they serve against the needs of their friends, family, church and their own need for rest and spiritual renewal? Sometimes it seems like there is so much to do, and so little time! Our panel discussion will provide students with the opportunity to hear from members of the Messiah community who are active in leadership in a variety of ways, and hear their perspectives on how they work at maintaining balance between their multiple roles.
