Mission Statement

The Student Programs Department is committed to challenging students to explore and develop their leadership potential, to learn through experiences and to shape campus culture in order to fulfill the educational mission of Messiah College.

The Student Programs Office is located on the second floor of the Larsen Student Union Building.

Student Programs Staff

Rob Pepper, Director of Student Programs (x7278): coordinates campus-wide leadership programs, advises the Student Government Association, assists various clubs and organizations, and coordinates Welcome Week and orientation programs.

Sheryl Ezbiansky, WVMM Program Director (7120): advises WVMM, Messiah College's student-run radio station.

Heather Greer, Director of Rec Sports (x2246): coordinates all Rec Sports programs and events.

Jeff Rioux, Director of the Larsen Student Union and Campus Activities (x7234): advises the Student Activities Board, Clarion, Family Weekend and Little Sibs Weekend and facilitates campus- wide programs

Cindy Secrest, Administrative Assistant to the Office of Student Programs (x5240)

Dave Tanis, Director of Adventure Programs (x2134): coordinates experiential adventure opportunities open to all students, advises the Outdoors Club, maintains the Challenge Course and is an Instructor in the HHP Department.

Wendell Witter, Director of Issachar’s Loft (x7096): coordinates all Issachar's Loft programs and initiatives.
