Vision Statement

Where are you going with the group and what do you want to accomplish?

(This statement is for your benefit as well as ours.  As leaders, how can you expect to lead others if you don’t know where you’re going?  It is very easy to lose sight of your vision after the school year picks up. This will be a concrete reminder to insure this doesn’t happen.)

Reason Statement

Why are you headed in the direction you are with the group and why did you form this group?

(Once again we both benefit from this statement. Even if you know where you’re going you will burn out quickly if you forget why you are going there. Your meetings will seem more like burdens than blessings.  This will again serve as a concrete reminder to help prevent this from happening.)
