~ Leaders' Opportunities & Resources ~

Koinonia (from koinos: a sharer, associate, companion, partaker, partner)
-partnership, participation, communion, friendship, fellowship

The Koinonia Ministry team is currently looking for a few good men and women to volunteer to lead the small groups here on campus. If anyone is interested, please visit the Online Sign-up page and indicate your interest by signing up with or without a pre-designated group. We need lots of help, so applications from all corners of campus are welcome!

Small group leaders will have access to the College Ministries and Koinonia Libraries. Resources in the libraries include various Bible study guides, Christian books and book studies, NOOMA videos and other teaching videos/tapes, etc. Book resources can be checked out for an extended period of time. Whether you are a small group leader looking for suggestions regarding which materials to work through in your group or a leader looking to find a study on a specific book of the Bible or a topic selected by your group, email Grace (the Koinonia Resource Coordinator) at Koinonia@messiah.edu. She will personally work with each leader to help him/her find the desired materials and study resources for planning meaningful small group meetings that encourage openness, growth, and spiritual formation.
