• Leader WITH a Group
This is for people interested in being small group leaders who already have a group. You will have a chance to enter the names of everyone in your group; they will NOT need to register because you will sign them all up. Please be prepared to enter all the Messiah email addresses of your group members. If you are co-leading a group with another person(s), only one of you needs to fill out this form. If your group is less than 10 people and you would be open to having Koinonia staff place a few more people in your group, there will be a place to indicate whether or not your group would want that. Opening your small group up to more people is totally optional and up to each group to decide. You will also be able to indicate mentor preferences.
• Leader WITHOUT a Group
This is for people interested in being small group leaders who would like for Koinonia staff to place them with a group needing a leader(s). You can sign up to lead a group by yourself, or you can co-lead a group. If you would like to co-lead a group with another person(s), only one of you needs to fill out this form. There will be a place to indicate what kind of group you would like to lead. You will also be able to indicate mentor preferences.
• Group WITHOUT a Leader
This is for people who have a group assembled but are looking for a leader. One group member should sign up the whole group. Please be prepared to enter all the Messiah email addresses of the group members. There will be a place to request a leader(s) and/or to indicate any leader preferences. If your group is less than 10 people and you would be open to having Koinonia staff place a few more people in your group, there will be a place to indicate whether or not your group would want that. Opening your small group up to more people is totally optional and up to each group to decide. You will also be able to indicate mentor preferences.
• Individual Participant
This is for people who would like to be added to an existing group or be placed in a group assembled by the Koinonia staff from other people who sign up as individuals. You will be able to list up to 4 names (and their Messiah email addresses) of people who are also signing up online as an individual group member. However, if you have more than 4 people with whom you want to be in a group, you should NOT sign up individually and should instead have one person sign you up as a whole group (see above link). There will be a place to request a leader(s) and/or to indicate any leader preferences, as well as group placement preferences. You will also be able to indicate mentor preferences.
