Heidi, ‘81 and Chris, ‘79 Bingaman, of Kreamer, PA., have been named co-chairs of the Parents Council for 2006–2008.  Chris and Heidi’s daughter, Lindsey, is a senior broadcasting (formerly broadcasting, telecommunications, mass media) major.  Chris is vice president of sales at Bingaman & Son Lumber Co. in Kreamer, PA and Heidi is a homemaker with two younger daughters, Leah and Audrey, at home.  They attend Winfield Baptist Church, and have served on the Parents Council for the past four years.

Shana Wolfe, of Greencastle, PA, serves as assistant chair of the Parents Council. Her daughter Erin, a broadcasting major, graduated in 2007.  Her son Matthew is a first year student.  Shana is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fulton County Medical Center in McConnellsburg, PA.  She attends First United Methodist Church in Greencastle and has served on the Parents Council for four years.

The Parents Council serves fellow Messiah parents and guardians, advises the College on matters of interest to parents, and helps advance the mission of Messiah College.
