August 2010
Dear Parents,
I am excited to announce that we will be switching to a more dynamic format for our monthly parent e-newsletters. We have partnered with University Parent Media to produce an e-newsletter with easier browsing and navigation functionality. It will also allow readers to interact with a special website designed for those reading the e-newsletter. It is our hope that this improvement will help us to better serve you. We look forward to starting the Fall semester in a couple weeks.
Thanks,
Jay McClymont ‘92

Alumni Award Nominations
Each year at Homecoming, Messiah College recognizes four individuals who embody our mission by
leading lives of service, leadership, and reconciliation in church and society. These awards are important
not only for the tribute they pay to the lives of each recipient, but also as a symbol of the quality of
our alumni as a whole. Do you know an alum who should be nominated for this year’s Alumni
Awards? Visit the Alumni Web site for details on each award and how to submit a recommendation.
