Messiah College honors students with a gateway to enhancing and expanding their educational experiences in college. Discover the City and yourself. Engage urban research opportunities conducted by nationally recognized scholars. Acquire pre-graduate work experience with an internship in a field related to your major. Take advantage of undergraduate courses cross-listed with graduate seminars through Messiah's partnership with Temple University. Stretch your cultural boundaries with the educational, historical, ethnic and artisitic events, activities and locations available throughout the city.
Opportunties Include:
- Complete general education and major related courses as you study at Messiah College-Philadelphia Campus and through Messiah's partnership with Temple University
- Select honors courses through Messiah's relationship with Temple University. As a Messiah College honors student, you may take part in Temple University's honors program, providing you with opportunities to experience the dynamic classroom context created by some of the most prestigious scholars this research one institute has to offer (Talk with the Director of Messiah's Honors program to find out how you may use some of these courses to meet honors program requirements).
- Participate in an urban field experience or an applied career-related internship related to your field of study
- Increase your understanding of the city's potential through urban courses exclusively offered at Messiah's Philadelphia Campus
