A formal ribbon cutting concluded the Harrisburg Institute dedication. Following the dedication, President Phipps visited with guests who were invited to tour the Harrisburg Institute's new facility.	Messiah students living and studying at the Harrisburg Institute were on hand following the ceremony to exhibit their posters and projects for their urban studies class.
