1st Grant Wacker, Religion and Society Lecturer, co‐sponsored with the Department of Biblical and Religious Studies, 7:30 p.m., Hostetter Chapel, “Billy Graham’s America” Grant Wacker is professor of Christian history at Duke Divinity School and the current president of the American Society of Church History. 2nd Morris Fiorina, Stanford University (Politics), “The Road to (and from) the 2008 Elections,” 7:00 p.m., Parmer Cinema (B137), Boyer Hall. Dr. Fiorina is a senior fellow a the Hoover Institution and the Wendt Family Professor of Political Science at Stanford University. Fiorina’s current research focuses on elections and public opinion with particular attention to the quality of representation how well the positions of elected officials reflect the preferences of the public.
