Randall Fish

Dr. Randall Fish is the new Department Chair for the Department of Engineering, he specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Communications, Linear Systems, Microprocessors, and Signal Processing. He earned his BS Physics from Eastern Nazarene College, BSEE, MSEE, Boston University, and his PhD, University of Washington.

Brian Nejmeh

Professor Brian Nejmeh comes to Messiah from the business community where he was founder and President of a software company. He has an M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University and a B.S. from Allegheny College. A sports enthusiast, Brian enjoys running, fishing and coaching his children's various athletic teams. His special area of church service has been ministering to those with developmental disabilities.

Deborah Tepley

After graduating from SCSU, Deborah served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Cheboksary, Russia (2001-03) and as a Christian English teacher with Educational Services International (ESI) in Sevastopol, Ukraine (2003-04). Deborah joined the Collaboratory on May 1, 2007. She first heard about the Collaboratory from Dr. Chris Staecker, a professor of mathematics at Messiah.

Scott Weaver Professor Weaver came to Messiah after spending seven years in the computer industry as a program analyst and consulting, and nine years teaching mathematics and computer science at Mechanicsburg Area High School. He has received his Cisco Certified Network Associate certificate in 2003 and has brought that expertise into the networking classroom. He also ministers at Daybreak Church as a short-term missions trip leader.
