2012 Conference Registration Fees

 

Registration fees cover speakers' honoraria, conference materials, lunch and hospitality breaks.

*  Earlybird rate payment must be received or postmarked in full by Monday, March 5, 2012.

 

* Cancellation policy - After March 1, 2012, registrations are non-refundable, but are transferable.
