Bio

Kris currently serves as the Director of P.R.E.P and assistant professor of exercise science at Messiah University. Kris Hansen-Kieffer has served in various roles throughout her career at Messiah including Director of Academic Advising, Volleyball Coach, and Vice Provost for Student Success and Engagement which provided leadership to the following areas: Academic Success Office, Athletics, Career and Professional Development Center, Campus Ministries, Health and Counseling, Student Conduct, Student Involvement and Leadership Programs, Residence Life, and the Intercultural office. Kris has been a frequent presenter and consultant on assessment and how assessment informs and improves Student Affairs work. She has been active in the Association for Christians in Student Development (ACSD) and NASPA.
