Dr. Lockwood’s concentration has been in clean water and liquid pipeline modeling.  Michelle and her family lived in southern Africa for twelve years where appropriate technology and living with third world resources were ever present. She has taught in various schools including Messiah College Engineering Department and Mathematics Department plus West Shore Christian Academy in Shiremanstown, PA and Aurora Primary School in Johannesburg, South Africa.  

Michelle and her husband Steve have five children. Teaching and mentoring students is a true passion of Michelle’s. She is heavily involved in her local church in particular with the youth group. For past-times, Michelle loves doing anything that combines adventure and being with her family.
