Bio

Scott Cook is an Instructor of Business and Leadership and brings over 25 years of executive and leadership experiences in a number of solutions-based, professional services businesses.  He specializes in aligning business and people strategies and helping organizations build pipelines of talent to meet changing marketplace needs.

In addition to serving at Messiah, Scott is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Horizon Services, a private-equity backed services company. Prior to joining Horizon in June of 2018, Scott was Vice President of Human Resources at Rentokil North America and served as the Chief of Staff for the North America business, which included leading the M&A Team, conducting due diligence and comprehensive financial and operational integration for acquisitions. 

Scott joined Rentokil from ARAMARK Parks & Destinations where he was the VP of Human Resources, responsible for the organizational redesign of the business, as well as establishing shared services capabilities in recruiting and onboarding.

Scott also serves on a number of non-profit and professional development boards and advisory groups and runs a baseball program for special needs children.
