Ilya Tlumach is an Instructor of Business and Leadership and brings over 15 years of executive and leadership experiences from the logistics, energy, engineering and construction industries. In addition to teaching at Messiah University, Ilya serves as Vice President of Business Services for one of the largest family-owned companies in the United States. He is a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, leading market growth strategy and implementation, process innovation, and change management. Ilya is a builder of organizational capacity and individual and team capabilities. Ilya is passionate about social justice. He is actively engaged in various leadership roles within the local church and an active supporter of organizations that invest in the dreams and future of children, families and businesses in some of the most disadvantaged places in the world. As a first generation American, Ilya experienced firsthand the power of opportunity and generosity of others. It is his varied interests that have afforded him the ability to travel the world, enjoy pottery making, pursue bee keeping and being a father to five children.
