Interest and areas of expertise

Professor Adams’ areas of interest and expertise are in cardiac, pulmonary, acute care (especially ICUs), and telerehabilitation. He has worked in 16 different hospitals in 9 different states. He has spoken over 150 times in hospitals, schools and conference centers to OT, PT and SLPs about rehabilitation in the ICUs. He was an adjunct professor at Temple University in Philadelphia. He is presently the Chair of the Nominating Committee of the Technology Special Interest Group of the APTA.
