Tim has over 30 years of government and industrial experience, most recently as Chief of Science and Technology for the Europe and Eurasia Mission Center at the Central Intelligence Agency.

His professional expertise encompasses executive management, program and project management, management of R&D, software development, and telecommunications.  He served for two years as an Adjunct Instructor in Engineering at Messiah College and advises Collaboratory projects in mechanical design of prosthetics and solar energy devices for the developing world. 

Tim was raised in Maryland and has traveled to over 28 countries.  His interests include woodworking, hiking, choir, and maintaining and improving a 1913 farmhouse.  He and his wife Nancy have three children, Jenni (MC ’08), Emily (MC ’10), and Katy (MC ’15), six grandchildren and worship at Grantham Church.
