Interest and areas of expertise

I began my Messiah experience in January 2015, after retiring from Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 as a Supervisor and Staff Developer. I worked for the Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 since 1979 in the capacity of teacher, instructional advisor, supervisor, and professional staff developer. My role as a Professional Development Specialist focused on various PDE initiatives such as Teacher Effectiveness Training, RtII Training, Keystone to Opportunity Grant training, Gifted Education, and Student Learning Objective training. My experiences at Messiah include teaching Introduction to Special Education and Instructional Design II courses, supervising various levels of undergraduate juniors and senior teacher candidates.

My passion is working with teachers and helping them to grow their expertise in the field of education. I am dedicated to my family. I enjoy traveling and watching my grandson.
