Profile

Kevin Villegas is the Assistant Dean of Intercultural Engagement and Division Initiatives at Baylor University. In this role he provides leadership for the Division of Student Life and beyond in advancing institutional DEIB goals at Baylor University. He also provides training for professionals and students toward developing intercultural competence.

Previous to Baylor, Kevin was most recently here at Messiah University, where he was the Dean of Students & Christian Spiritual Formation. He gave leadership to the following areas: Campus Ministries, Health & Counseling Services, Student Conduct, Residence Life & Housing, Student Engagement, and International Student Programs. He also currently serves as the Diversity Chair for the Association of Christians in Student Development (ACSD) and as a member of the directorate for the Rodney K. Sisco Symposium for Transformational Leadership, Diversity and Equity Practices. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
