rom 2015 to present, Pat Dennis manages Leadership Development Programs, from front-line employees to senior executives, for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), that support over 40,000 Transportation Security Officers and over 15,000 TSA support personnel. From 2011-15, Pat was the Program and Contracts Manager for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to manage a $30M Contract Task Order.

From 2002-2009, 2009-2011, as safety engineer and quality insurance manager for Department of Defense (DOD), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Pat investigated four major missile mishaps. Other duties included writing MDA policy for U.S. industrial base, for uninterrupted production of DoD Solid Rocket Motor (SRM) Fuel. Member, MDA Parts Material and Processes, Fraud Prevention, Counterfeit Parts Enforcement and identification for FBI, and Defense Intelligence Agencies. In 2009, he served as Vice President and General Manager, for L-3 Communications, with over 230 employees and a budget of $75 Million.

From 1989 to 2002, Pat served as a U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate [military lawyer], assigned to many foreign countries, such as Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, and Cambodia to help write Public Administration and Policy Regulations, Contract Law Policies, Criminal Codes and Litigation Manuals. From 1979-1989, he served as a U.S. Marine Corps Pilot, flying KC-130 Hercules aircraft, later as a reserve officer, serving as a heavy motorized maintenance and infantry officer.

From 2010, Pat has taught undergraduate and graduate online courses, in Canvas, Blackboard and Desire 2 Learn platforms. He has taught at public and private universities and joined Messiah University in April 2022, teaching BUS 381: Business Law for the Adult Degree Program, and LEAD 550: Organizational Effectiveness for the Graduate program.
