Profile

Cynthia Lehman grew up in southern Maryland and completed her bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Messiah College. Following several years of teaching mathematics and computer classes in a variety of settings, she completed her master's degree at Loyola University in Maryland in Curriculum & Instruction with an Educational Technology concentration. Cynthia began teaching mathematics and computer science courses at Messiah in 2004. Outside of the classroom, Cynthia advises mathematics majors planning to teach at the secondary level and serves on the Teacher Education Committee and General Education Committee.

Cynthia and her husband Conrad have two children (and two loveable dogs) and enjoy the outdoors, mentoring young adults, traveling, hosting international students, reading, playing pickleball, and DIY projects.
