Adjunct Faculty in Special Education
Nancy has been concerned for the wellbeing of people in need and for those who are vulnerable for as long as she can remember. Nancy decided at a young age to work in a profession that would allow her to help equip people with the necessary tools to move from poverty and dependence to independence. To that end, she earned a bachelor’s degree in the area of social work and then sought a master’s degree in special education. To round-out her preparation, she then completed a doctorate in school psychology. After many years of work in public and private schools, Nancy sensed a call from God to enter higher education. She believes that the best way to accomplish her initial goal is to assist in the preparation of other professionals.
Nancy enjoys gardening, reading, sports, and home decorating.
From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more. Luke 12:48b NASB
