With 20+ years of experience in the energy sector, he brings a wealth of industry leadership and experience to Messiah University. Kris has served as Vice President at Day & Zimmermann - a century old, family-owned company that ranks in the Forbes Top Private companies list with $2.8B in annual revenue and 46,000 employees worldwide. He has extensive experience in strategy, business development, operational execution, shared services, continuous improvement, industrial safety, and organizational effectiveness.

Kris is passionate about the theology of work and the impact businesses can have in solving social challenges and enabling their communities to thrive. He has served in a number of leadership roles within the local church, focused on equipping leaders and making disciples.
