Reflecting on his time in the Department of Management and Business at Messiah College, Faus says: “I enjoyed the chance to dig in-depth into so many different parts of the business world, from labor market economics to Super Bowl advertising to small business entrepreneurship. I also really appreciated getting to tackle projects that gave me the freedom to explore my own interests in a given area, and to get into deep discussions with my fellow classmates and professors. The opportunity to take an idea and run with it was invaluable and energized me to think deeply about the possibilities in my future career, including the complexities of living a spiritually-led life in the workplace.”
Faus adds, “many of the ideas I first encountered in business classes at Messiah – business strategies, price elasticity, statistical analysis, and digital advertising trends – play a role in the work I do every day, and I feel comfortable with them thanks to the classroom discussions I had at Messiah College.”
