Jennifer serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Shared Services and Employee Wellness at Penn State Health, which includes responsibility for all shared services human resources functions including total rewards, recruitment, employee wellness, employee services, and learning and leadership development.
Jennifer has a wealth of experience with providing strategic leadership in the planning and implementation of integrated human resources programs. She joined Penn State Health in February of 2016, when she became Milton S. Hershey Medical Center’s Director of Benefits. Since 2017, when she became the system-focused Director of Total Rewards, Jennifer became responsible for all benefits, retirement, compensation, executive compensation, absence management and employee wellness services and programs across the health system.
Prior to joining Penn State Health, Jennifer worked for Highmark Health. She also previously worked at Johnson & Johnson, Geisinger Health Plan and in health care consulting. She earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State and her MBA from Messiah University with a concentration in strategic leadership.
She has held several leadership roles with local community organizations, and she currently serves on several professional advisory boards. Her capstone project at Messiah focused on the expansion of an organization based in San Mateo, Guatemala called Lifting Kids, whose mission is to break the cycle of poverty through education. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. She lives in Camp Hill with her family.
