Her professional interests are currently focused on the importance of culture, community, and effective communication. Her own experience working with pre-service and in-service teachers and administrators led her to develop and share strategies that foster a sense of belonging for students in today’s world. Rebecca earned her doctoral degree at Immaculata University in Educational Leadership and Administration. Rebecca and husband Dustyn have two teenage children. Her hobbies include spending times outdoors, especially horseback riding.
