Thaddeus Lee is the Vice President of PMO and Customer Experience for Comcast Communications in the Keystone Region. With over 14 years of experience in the technology industry, he has extensive experience in change management, creating vibrant culture, developing leaders, negotiating, business development and operational proficiency. Thaddeus’ retention organization now serves over 1.5 million customers in the Region and his team delivers amazing customer experiences each day.
Thaddeus earned his MBA at the University of San Francisco. He has served in multiple leadership capacities within the local business community as well as the local church. Thaddeus is passionate about educating our youth and equipping marginalized communities with the resources they need to become self-sustainable.
