Print Sculpture is a term I use to present the process and the product of relief printing as a sculpture or a small-scale environment. Whether grouped together or arranged in a row, multiples of prints play a dual role as both the building blocks and the subject matter. As material, the paperboards share a category with other mediums such a wood and steel. By printing on comic book boards and packaging in plastic sleeves the prints become three dimensional objects that can be picked up, examined, or dug through like vinyl records in a music store.
