The Office of the President is sponsoring a lecture series devoted to Messiah College’s 2018-19 academic year theme of Christian Higher Education for the Common Good. This theme explores how incarnating our mission as a Christian college of the liberal and applied arts and sciences in a rapidly changing and increasingly skeptical cultural context contributes to the common good of church and society. Specifically, this idea centers on a common good rooted in a Christ-centered commitment to the dignity, welfare and human flourishing of all our neighbors. This lecture will be given by Dr. Todd Allen, Special Assistant to the President and Provost for Diversity Affairs/Professor of Communication
