Swing Dance: Weekly Lesson

“Swing dance” is an umbrella term for a number of amazing dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in the 1920-1950s. These dances include Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, and more. It is a classic dance that is entertaining, fun, and versatile. Although traditionally performed to big band style songs, many are Swing dancing to current pop and country tunes.
