A native of Birmingham, Lisa McNair is the younger sister of Denise McNair, one of the four girls killed in the infamous 1963 bombing of the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church. By sharing the story of Denise’s life and tragic death, Lisa hopes that the lessons of the Civil Rights Movement will never be forgotten, but will inspire us to be a better nation.
