Outdoor Sunset Yoga (Fitness Center)

Come destress with FREE group exercise! This class will be outdoors on the rec field (across the train tracks from the Falcon Fitness Center) during sunset to involve slow yoga movement and poses, breath, and reflect on God's nature and beauty outdoors.
