All meals include entrée with sides, salad and dessert. Dinner for Four is $28.50 plus tax. Dinner for Two is $16.50 plus tax. Menus will be posted online each Monday. Place your order any day before 3:00 p.m. Simply select the item of your choice and enter your credit card information. Then stop by the Dining Services Office the day you are enjoying a Meal for Home between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to pick up your order.

Monday, April 14 Seared Garlic Chicken Breast served with roasted rosemary potatoes, Mediterranean vegetables, garden salad and Chef's Choice dessert.
Tuesday, April 15 Slow Cooked Smoked Ham with honey glaze, accompanied by baked sweet potatoes, green bean casserole topped with fried onions, garden salad and Chef's Choice dessert.
Wednesday, April 16 Baked Manicotti with Parmesan Cream Sauce accompanied by stuffed mushrooms, roasted asparagus, garden salad and Chef's Choice dessert.
Thursday, April 17 BBQ Baby Back Ribs with tangy-sweet BBQ sauce accompanied by baked beans, southern-style coleslaw, garden salad and Chef's Choice dessert.
