Housing Sign Up Information

The college will use the same housing registration system that was used for the past several years. Specific information about registering for housing for Fall 2024 will be e-mailed to you during the Spring Semester. You can also find the housing sign-up information online and the friendly URL is www.messiah.edu/HousingSignUps. 

• The Housing Selection Process for residence halls will be online on The Nest and will resemble the process that took place last spring.
• The Housing Selection Process for apartments will be a combination of online verification and in person sign-ups. If you wish to sign up for an apartment you will need to forward your PIN to your future roommates, or another student who is willing to serve as your proxy for apartment sign-ups. In the meantime…
  • Diligently watch your e-mail for announcements from the Housing Office about Fall 2024 housing selection.
  • The announcements will advise you to sign your housing contract on The Nest. Once you have signed your housing contract you will receive an e-mail giving you a time slot to sign up for housing and you will be given a PIN number. If you are signing up for a room you may sign up online for a room. To sign up with a roommate give your PIN number to your roommate and he/she can sign you both up for a room. If you want to sign up for an apartment you will need to forward the email with your PIN number to the person who will serve as a proxy for you. Your proxy can be your future roommate or any student who is willing to go through the sign up process on your behalf.
