Lost or Stolen Card

Lost ID Cards

• Lost ID cards should be reported to the Falcon Exchange Office 2nd Floor ECC.
• Temporary cards may be obtained from the Falcon Exchange or the Dispatch Office 1st floor ECC. 
• Temporary cards must be returned to the Falcon Exchange. 
• Lost, late or damaged Temporary cards are charged a replacement fee of $15.00.
• Replacement ID cards may be purchased at the Falcon Exchange at a cost of $15.00. All fees are non-refundable.

Found ID Cards

• If you have found a Messiah University ID card please turn it into the Dispatch Office 1st Floor ECC as soon as possible.
