Emerson Powery, director, is professor of biblical studies at Messiah College. He served on the translation committee of the Common English Bible.

Rhonda Hustedt Jacobsen, founding co-director, is emeritus professor of psychology and former director of faculty development at Messiah College. She is an expert in leadership training and a frequent speaker on faith and higher learning.
