Commencement Day parking

On Commencement Day, traffic personnel will direct guests to designated parking areas on campus. The 2020 graduates who registered to participate in the May 8 ceremony will be mailed, along with their ceremony tickets, a parking pass to show upon their arrival on campus. The vehicle the graduate is in will be directed to an area for dropped off and/or parking near the Eisenhower Campus Center for the lineup and processional.

Shuttle buses will be running from the designated parking areas to the drop off point for Shoemaker Field. The buses will be complying with COVID-19 related regulations. The drop off site is approximately a quarter of a mile of paved surface to the ceremony site of Shoemaker Field. There will be limited special transportation (golf cart transport, complying with COVID-19 health and safety measures) available for guests requiring assistance between the drop-off point and the ceremony site.

Guest Disability Parking

Disability parking will be available as close as possible to the Commencement ceremony site and require either a state-issued disability hang tag or license plate. Limited special transportation (golf cart transport complying with COVID-19 health and safety measures) is available for guests needing assistance.

Return Shuttles

Following the conclusion of the Commencement ceremony, the bus shuttles will run approximately one hour (until about 12 noon) to return guests to their vehicles.
