Messiah College's Centennial Plan defines one of the College's
priorities as increasing institutional effectiveness and creating a
campus culture of planning and assessment. In keeping with this
commitment, the Offices of the President and the Provost developed an
Institutional Effectiveness Plan which was approved by the College
Council and the Community of Educators Senate during the 2004-2005
academic year. The plan provides a conceptual framework, process and
parameters for every educational, administrative, and support program of
the College to conduct a program review by the year 2010.
This web site contains helpful information for understanding
Messiah College's institutional effectiveness review process, and
provides instructions and resources for those educators and
administrators who are providing leadership to their own program
reviews. As the campus's program reviews are completed, this web site
will also provide Messiah College employees with access to executive
summaries of the review results.
Questions regarding Messiah College's Institutional Effectiveness Review initiative may be directed to the Office of the Provost.
