Chamber music at Messiah is an important way for students to develop their musicianship in a small ensemble comprised of their peers. These ensembles allow students to explore a variety of repertoire while improving both technique and the ability to communicate in an ensemble. Moreover, chamber ensembles connect our students to the community in a meaningful way, and they often have the opportunity to perform in and around the community, playing at churches, nursing homes, concert series, and other venues.
