Messiah University’s Master of Arts in Training and Development prepares professionals to lead workplace learning and professional development initiatives across corporate, nonprofit and educational settings. Master of Arts in Training and Development tuition cost

20% tuition discount

20% tuition discount for ALL Business and Leadership Students enrolling 2025-26

The tuition rate with the discounts for the 2025-26 academic year is $640 per credit hour (compared to the original $800 per credit hour). This equals a total cost of $23,040 for the MBA degree;  $19,200 for the Master’s in Strategic Leadership degree; and $5,760 for graduate certificate programs.

No-fee tuition

Know what you are paying for with Messiah’s no-fee tuition. With our graduate programs, the cost per credit is what you pay – there are no hidden fees for labs, courses, services or technology. We put the true cost of your program upfront so that you can accurately compare and plan for your graduate education.

Deferred billing
