Messiah University Human Resources & Compliance Policies
All employees are subject to the terms and conditions of the University's Human Resources Employment Policies.
The Office of Human Resources & Compliance maintains all employment policies with the PolicyCentral system. These policies pertain to general employment, compensation and benefits, support services and community standards. Please note that access to policies will require the user to have network login credentials.
Additional policies specific to the Community of Educators are prepared and maintained by the Office of the Provost and available here: Community of Educators Handbook.
The policies published in the Human Resources Employment policy system, supersede all prior policies and procedures as well as any inconsistent communications. The University reserves the right to interpret, alter, reduce, or eliminate any practice, policy or benefit, in whole or in part, where changes in law or other circumstances render changes in the policy necessary to the welfare of the University. Any changes made in policies will be updated in Policy Central.
