Thank you for your interest in Messiah University’s Division of Information Technology Services (ITS). Our purpose is to support the strategic use of technology and to bring current developments, trends, and best practices to bear on both the educational and administrative areas of our work.
Our division consists of:
Administrative Technology Services (ATS)
The Office of Administrative Technology Services (ATS) consists of Systems & Network Communications, Information Security, Enterprise Application Support and Data Innovation & Reporting. Together, these areas are responsible for the implementation and support of many of Messiah University's data and operational systems including information security and awareness, university servers, data storage, backup, authentication, network, wireless, and voice communications. Our mission is to provide applications which accommodate both the university’s academic and administrative needs, and the technical support necessary to maintain these vital operations.
Educational Technology Services (ETS)
The Office of Educational Technology Services (ETS) consults with Messiah University students, faculty, and employees, providing innovative support services for multiple technology applications, instructional design, and media production. ETS maintains a knowledgebase providing guided instruction on many topics including: connecting to our network and using our learning management system (LMS) and productivity applications (Zoom, Microsoft, Google, etc.). The mission is to provide technology support and consulting services; enable the discovery, exploration, and implementation of emerging technologies; support learning processes; and streamline project management.
