Transcript Request for Undergraduate Students

The undergraduate Registrar's Office will be open for walk-in service Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m with limited staff. Please note that email will be the preferred method of communication for fall in an effort to comply with social distancing guidelines. Our services have been modified to an electronic format via dynamic forms found on our Forms for Current Students webpage. If a face-to-face meeting is required outside of these hours, an appointment or Zoom meeting may be scheduled. IMPORTANT: Beginning July 1, 2020, printed and electronic transcripts will be issued under the Messiah University name. The key on the back of the transcript paper will reflect the date of the change from Messiah College to Messiah University.

CURRENT UNDERGRADUATE MESSIAH STUDENTS

Requests for official transcripts are made in Self-Service Banner. Click Student tab, then Student Services and Student Records. Request an Official Transcript is near the top of the menu options.

PREVIOUS UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AND ALUMNI

Requests for official transcripts are made by completing the following steps:

1. COMPLETE REQUEST FORM: Please complete the Undergraduate Official Transcript Request Form (PDF)

Type your responses into the fields or use the mouse to select options, then, print and sign the form. Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® is required when viewing, completing, and printing PDF files. You can download a free version of this software by clicking here.
IMPORTANT: To comply with federal regulations governing the privacy of educational records, Messiah University requires the penned signature of the student to release academic records. Electronic/digital signatures will not be accepted.

2. PAYMENT: When payment is required, click the Credit Card Payment link on the form, or send a check made payable to Messiah University.
ONLINE PAYMENT: Please save and print the request form before clicking the credit card payment link. You cannot return to the form once you have been directed to our secure payment server.
Transcripts will not be processed until both the PDF Transcript Request Form and confirmation of payment are received.

3. SUBMIT REQUEST FORM:
UPLOAD

Scan your signed/completed form and upload it using Messiah's Secure File Upload Service. Click here to upload your request.
You will receive a notification once your file has been uploaded successfully, as well as an email confirmation to the address you provided. Your request will be processed once the Registrar's Office has received your signed/completed form and payment.

One Business Week Processing:

  • Within one business week from the date the request is received, a transcript is sent.
  • Printed copies are sent by regular first-class mail. You may request up to three (3) copies per week at no charge; additional copies are $2 per transcript.
  • Electronic transcripts are sent via secure email service at $2.50 per transcript.

24 Business Hour Processing:

  • Transcript requests received by 10:00 a.m. EST on regular business days will be sent within 24 hours.
  • Printed copies are sent by regular first-class mail at $7 per transcript.
  • Electronic transcripts are sent via secure email service at $7 per transcript.
