How to Send an Encouragement Card

  1. Choose your card from the options provided on this page. 
  2. Download the PDF and type your message into the blue box on the inside portion of the card. 
  3. Save the PDF to your desktop and return to this page. 
  4. Complete the Encouragement Card Form and hit submit.
