The undergraduate Registrar's Office will be open for walk-in service Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m with limited staff. Please note that email will be the preferred method of communication for fall in an effort to comply with social distancing guidelines. Our services have been modified to an electronic format via dynamic forms found on our Forms for Current Students webpage. If a face-to-face meeting is required outside of these hours, an appointment or Zoom meeting may be scheduled. Please view the Contact our Team page to confirm staff member responsibilities and contact information. Replacement credentials/diploma covers will take approximately 4-6 weeks for processing. The office of the registrar has custodial responsibility for student academic records. The office maintains the student files from the initial semester of registration through graduation. We serve our students and faculty by providing access to information necessary to support their educational experience. We serve parents of our students and alumni by providing information that is helpful and necessary for the individual needs within the bounds of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
