Why We Celebrate

Writing is at the heart of learning and communication at Messiah University. This “Week on Writing” invites everyone — students, faculty, and staff — to reflect on the role writing plays in our academic, professional, and personal lives, and to celebrate the diverse voices that make our community strong.

Get Involved

All are welcome to attend! Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate throughout the week, stop by events between classes, or bring a friend to join the celebration.

To learn more or get involved, contact the Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) Committee Chair, Oksana Moroz, omoroz@messiah.edu.

Let’s celebrate writing together—because everyone has a story worth sharing.
